Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Monday of each month in the Reading Room of the Village Hall, The Street, Brinkworth. SN15 5AF at 7pm. 

Please note, on occasions, extraordinary meetings are held to facilitate planning applications for consideration with deadlines that fall before the next ordinary meeting. In this case, notices of the extra meeting will be displayed on the website and on village notice boards. 

All minutes published are considered 'draft' until they are approved by the Council.
